CuratorCam turns ordinary photos into AI-generated gallery labels. This policy explains what information is processed when you use the app.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

CuratorCam does not require an account. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, or location.

2. Photos and AI Processing

When you ask CuratorCam to create a gallery label, the selected image is sent to CuratorCam's backend and processed using OpenAI's API. This is necessary to analyze the image and generate the title, medium, curator note, and footnote.

We do not use your images to train CuratorCam, and we do not intentionally store your submitted images after generation is complete.

3. Generated Gallery Labels and Local Collection

The gallery labels and cards you generate may be saved in the app's local Collection on your device. This Collection is stored locally and is not synced to a CuratorCam account. If you delete the app or clear app data, your local Collection may be deleted.

4. Purchases

CuratorCam may offer one-time in-app purchases for additional gallery labels. Purchases are processed by Apple and managed with RevenueCat. CuratorCam does not receive or store your full payment card details.

RevenueCat may process purchase status, transaction information, and an app-specific anonymous user identifier so the app can unlock and restore purchased gallery labels.

5. Analytics, Ads, and Tracking

CuratorCam does not use third-party advertising SDKs and does not sell personal data. We do not use targeted advertising in the app.

6. Permissions

• Camera: used to take photos for gallery label generation.
• Photo Library: used when you choose an existing image.
• Network access: used to send the selected image for AI processing and to manage purchases.

7. Sensitive Content

Please avoid submitting sensitive, private, or identifying images. CuratorCam is intended for ordinary objects, spaces, arrangements, and everyday scenes.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
